He would explain everything he saw to me during his three and a half hour inspection. He visited every corner of the crawlspace and attic and detailed everything that was correct and incorrect. Adam tested every visible receptacle for proper wiring and opened every panel box to inspect installation. With no stone left unturned, Adam made sure every spigot around the house was fast and secure. There was no board which could have been rotten, no shingle missing, no flashing left uncaulked, without Adam noticing. He had prepared a detailed report of well over a dozen pages with photographs, along with a great summary page, before I had gone to bed that night.
